I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with License No. LDN-045-01672 to expire on December 31, 2009. Our real estate brokers' licenses are renewable every three (3) years. My license was issued before by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) but with the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) or RA 9646 approved by GMA last June 29, 2009, renewal of our licenses will now be with PRC.

I am a member of good standing of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB) - Iligan City Chapter.

I have been with the real estate business for ten (10) years. And I truly enjoy my work.

I am a hardworking and honest person. It is my principle that whatever I do, I will do it the best I can, exert an extra mile if needed to do so. I do not leave my job unfinished for I believe that the best advertisement for my realty practice, aside from the internet, are my satisfied clients who appreciated my services, that because of my satisfactory service, later referred me to their friends and acquaintances.

I finished my Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting at Notre Dame of Marbel College, Koronadal, South Cotabato.

My last employment before I entered the real estate practice was with National Steel Corporation (NSC)located in Suarez, Iligan City. I was with the company for almost twenty (20) years.My different areas of assignment while working with the company were: Engineering Accounting Dept., Internal Audit Dept., Budget and Financial Analysis, and Finance.

I have three (3) grown up children (now all employed) with my late husband (Atty. Dionesio P. dela Cruz).
